Dear Patients:

I regret to inform you that I will be retiring on December 1, 2026.

I would advise that you look for your next primary care Physician through your health insurance company as soon as possible.

If you currently have an appointment with me before December 1, 2026, you should keep it.

This practice started with my dad, Dr. Sam Richter, in the 1960s.

Indeed, because we were both family doctors, we have had five generations of a few patient families simultaneously. It has been an honor and a privilege to care of you, and I thank you for your trust.

I would like to thank Bridgett for her years of hard work and dedication to the needs of our patients.

I am arranging for your medical records to be available to you and your future physician. An additional letter will be sent with details on how to obtain your records.
